• the Code of Ethics, and company policies and procedures.

Reports are completely anonymous; providing your name and contact information is completely optional.

Please use this tool responsibly and provide as detailed information as possible to allow for an adequate analysis of the facts.

Reports are managed by the competent corporate functions, in compliance with the principles of independence, internal procedures, and current laws.

In accordance with whistleblowing regulations, total confidentiality of the whistleblower’s identity is guaranteed, as well as their protection from any form of retaliation, discrimination, or detriment.

All personal data is processed only for the purposes related to its management and for the time strictly necessary, in compliance with legal obligations, the principles of relevance and data minimization.
